What Makes Us Different?

Developing Children

Our children’s curriculum is STEAM based: Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics. Children are curious and have big imaginations. Such a curriculum will help children to explore deeper and engage in creativity. Research has shown providing meaningful hands-on STEAM experiences for early childhood impacts their perceptions and dispositions towards STEAM. Our children’s curriculum will also include Christian spiritual development.

Support Families

Education begins in the home; therefore, family is an essential part of the success children’s educational growth. We partner with parents by providing them an opportunity to engage in their children’s education utilizing 21st century software to give parents the ability to know what their child is learning. We provide videos and documents of lesson plans to allow parents to reinforce the lessons to further engage their child’s learning at home. There is a saying that says, "It takes a village to raise a child." We believe it takes the educational system and parents working together to provide the best learning experience for our children.

Prepare for Kindergarten

Our Pre-K program prepares a child for success in Kindergarten. Children will engage in their learning through being active and engaging their learning through technology. Children will learn through hands-on experiences. They will learn how to work independently as well as in a group. Children will be able to articulate their feelings appropriately, use their words, trace letters and write their names, identify colors, and much more.

Educational Values

Social-Emotional Development

Research shows children that receive strong emotional and instructional support for their educators can approach learning opportunities more positively and confidently, and the quality of those relationships has a significant and potentially positive enduring influence on their classroom success.

Intellectual Development

Very early in a child’s development, the baby has the ability to reason and understand the mental lives and intentions of others. Babies have the capacity to understand aspects of addition and subtraction. Children can also understand that a particular factor X can impact Y. Preschool and Pre-K aged children can understanding learning that consist of trial and error. They are experiential, learning by doing. Hands-on activities at this age are essential.

Physical Development

Infant activities assist with their abilities to reach, grasp, sit, roll, walk, climb, and much more. With different activities, children will gain their mobile skills and their muscles develop as they engage in activities such as playing, running, etc.

Moral Development

Faculty and teachers understand consistency and being firm in love will assist a child developing morally. A teacher or caregiver’s reactions to behaviors determines a child's ability to comprehend right from wrong. If a child is provided appropriate guidance, the child will not only be able to understand right from wrong, but have the ability to choose right over wrong.
