We are so honored that you decided to entrust us with your spiritual development. Without a doubt, you’re at the right place – at the right time! We believe that if you follow The R.O.C.K. Way, you will be like a tree planted by the rivers of water – you will not be moved and you will bring forth much fruit in your life and the lives of others (Psalm 1:3)!
The R.O.C.K. Way is our plan of spiritual development for our congregation and their discipleship. It is the way we ensure that the culture of our ministry reflects the Kingdom of God.

Stepping Stone 1:
New Partner Orientation
The R.O.C.K. Way begins with orientation! Whether you are a new member or rededicating, we invite you to learn about your new church – either on campus every Sunday morning or during an online Zoom meeting on Mondays or Thursday. If any of our standard times don’t work, we also offer orientation at a time that fits your schedule (one-on-one).

New Partner Orientation
The R.O.C.K. Way begins with orientation! Whether you are a new member or rededicating, we invite you to learn about your new church – either on campus every Sunday morning or during an online Zoom meeting on Mondays or Thursday. If any of our standard times don’t work, we also offer orientation at a time that fits your schedule (one-on-one).
Stepping Stone 2:
I Am a Church Member
The next step of The R.O.C.K. Way is to complete is the single class “I Am A Church Member,” which explores 21st century church membership and God’s expectation for us to be committed to the overall success of the church as an organization. This class will help you understand your place and identity in the R.O.C.K. community of faith within the universal Body of Christ.

The next step of The R.O.C.K. Way is to complete is the single class “I Am A Church Member,” which explores 21st century church membership and God’s expectation for us to be committed to the overall success of the church as an organization. This class will help you understand your place and identity in the R.O.C.K. community of faith within the universal Body of Christ.

Becoming a Servanteer
While you’re following The R.O.C.K. Way, we encourage you to become all that God has designed you to be and to do all that God has called you to do. So as you get equipped for ministry, we invite you to get involved! God has blessed you with talents and skills that could benefit the community of faith. So The R.O.C.K. has several auxiliary ministries to choose from where you can utilize those skills – from working in one of our bookstores to playing an instrument. There is no glass ceiling at The R.O.C.K.!
Stepping Stone 3:
Becoming a Servanteer
While you’re following The R.O.C.K. Way, we encourage you to become all that God has designed you to be and to do all that God has called you to do. New Partner Classes
The next step of The R.O.C.K. Way is to complete some exciting new partners classes called ‘Foundational Principles’! These classes are offered on Broadway campus on Sunday mornings and Edgebrook campus Sunday evenings. They are also offered online through the device of your choice (i.e. cell phone, laptop, etc.) anywhere and anytime.

New Partner Classes
The next step of The R.O.C.K. Way is to complete some exciting new partners classes. The first class is called “I Am a Church Member!” And the second is called “Sharing Your Faith.” If you have rededicated your life, we suggest “Protecting My Commitment.” These classes are offered on campus on Sunday mornings or online through the device of your choice (i.e. cell phone, laptop, etc.) anywhere and anytime.
Stepping Stone 5:
R.O.C.K. Bible College
Are you a serious student of the Word of God or do you want to be a team leader or small group leader? Once you have completed New Partners Orientation, your new partners classes, enrolled in a small group, and signed up for volunteerism, you can then take advantage of our signature R.O.C.K. Bible College (RBC) courses at no charge.
These specialized courses are designed to equip you to know God, make Him known to others, and spread His Kingdom message around the world so that you can live the abundant life in Him. These courses are completely FREE to R.O.C.K. members and will greatly assist you in becoming a fully functional disciple of Christ!
The R.O.C.K. Bible College is divided into four levels of instruction called badges. The RBC Badge System is a system of elevation and graduation to the next levels of your spiritual journey and process. After you complete each level of our ministry training process, you will receive a badge: bronze, silver, gold, and platinum. Because all of the courses are offered online, you can take them at your own pace and at your convenience!
