We are so honored that you decided to entrust us with your spiritual development. Without a doubt, you’re at the right place – at the right time! We believe that if you follow The R.O.C.K. Way, you will be like a tree planted by the rivers of water – you will not be moved and you will bring forth much fruit in your life and the lives of others (Psalm 1:3)!

The R.O.C.K. Way is our plan of spiritual development for our congregation and their discipleship. It is the way we ensure that the culture of our ministry reflects the Kingdom of God.

The R.O.C.K. Way includes the following steps:

Stepping Stone 1: New Partner Orientation

The R.O.C.K. Way begins with orientation! Whether you are a new member or rededicating, we invite you to learn about your new church through convenient Zoom sessions, offered multiple times throughout the week. Our flexible scheduling ensures you can participate at a time that works best for you.

Stepping Stone 2: Laying the Proper Foundation

The first work that God desires to do in the life of the believer is underground or foundational work. God is building you up to be a great inhabitation where He dwells so that He can do mighty things in and through your life. This class is designed to anchor your spiritual house with the essential building blocks of your relationship with God!

Stepping Stone 3: Becoming a Servanteer

While you’re following The R.O.C.K. Way, we encourage you to become all that God has designed you to be and to do all that God has called you to do. So as you get equipped for ministry, we invite you to get involved! God has blessed you with talents and skills that could benefit the community of faith. So The R.O.C.K. has several auxiliary ministries to choose from where you can utilize those skills – from working in one of our bookstores to playing an instrument. There is no glass ceiling at The R.O.C.K.!
