The R.O.C.K. World Outreach International is one church on four continents – North America (USA), Africa, Asia, and Europe. The R.O.C.K. W.O.I. is a Bible-centered, Spirit-filled, community-building, and Kingdom-minded church that focuses its efforts on ensuring that its partners “Know God, Make Him Known to Others, and Spread the Kingdom Message around the World.”

Our global vision is to plant R.O.C.K. churches in a 120 countries around the world that are Kingdom-minded Reformational Churches.  We plant churches through a system that begins with our starter plants or C-12, which is a small discipleship group that focuses upon establishing a Kingdom Bible study, then growing and moving to our next phase which is the CORE-40. The CORE-40 is a multi-cell group of a minimum of 40 adults. Our final step is the launching of a fully functioning R.O.C.K. church that has the responsibility of bringing a Kingdom presence and teaching in an assigned area.

Currently, we are training Kingdom leaders in our online schools, Kingdom Bible University (undergraduate) and the Kingdom Theological Seminary (graduate). These schools serve as a platform for Kingdom-minded leaders that are preparing to become a church plant. We are committed to Matthew 24:14, which states, “And this gospel of the Kingdom shall be preached around the world as a witness and then the end shall come!”
